Hi everyone, I would like to share my pillaging tactics to everyone so that we can learn more from each other.

For many ikariam players, pillaging is a normal part of the game, which allows you to gain resources from other players. Many players aren't actually aware that they are doing things that can help pillagers from winning a battle. Here you will know how to defend properly and minimize pillage impact.

1. Town wall level must be equal or greater than the level of your town hall.

A wall that is at the same level as your town hall or higher gives your troops 10% DEFENSIVE bonus per wall level.

This is an urgent warning to all members who have a high gold stock,

reduce the amount of gold you have sat around doing nothing, it makes you a target to bigger players, having more than 1million is attracting too much attention.

my gold briefly shot up over 2million in between trades and attacks, and the few hours it sat in my towns bank it attracted 9 attacks, and i lost over 500k
